Peer Observers

Peer Observers are our peers, typically a Union Representative, who meet with their Flying Partners prior to disciplinary/investigative meetings to discuss details of events and potential outcomes of their meetings.  The goal of the Peer Observer is to witness the company upholding the company values, as well as following the current guidelines and policies. Peer Observers also provide debriefings, give constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement after these meetings to ensure our membership feels at ease returning to the line, providing EAP resources and promote professional growth.
