No, this is another management misinformation tactic. Management is always welcome to improve our pay and work life at any time. We’ll take a raise and a union too!

As we know from experience, while corporate may boast about an improvement, sadly at the same time they have quietly taken other things away. With our Union, we’ll lock in pay and work rules that management cannot change without our consent. While management is claiming they want to give us something…what has our real experience been and why are they making this claim now?
